I'm Kelly and I help adults just like you: ones who have experienced loss and hurt and want to feel more confident and content. Someone who wants to live a life that is rich with meaning and purpose. Someone who wants to heal their hurts and hopes for a peaceful future when they can experience joy and love again, but just need the right support to get there.
I help my clients find confidence, peace, and fulfillment in their life by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand their struggles and often overwhelming feelings so that they can feel more confident in redefining how they want to move forward.

These platitudes lead so many to feel alone, depressed and unsure how to actually feel better.
