Ready to feel secure and confident in your own skin?
Thelma Razo, LSW
Licensed Social Worker, Certified Grief Counselor, and Billingual and Bicultural Therapist
You remember a time when feeling insecure, overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed wasn’t the “norm”… but those days feel like a distant memory. Feeling lost or like an imposter isn’t going away. Don’t you wish you knew how to get your confidence back?
You’re in the right place!
I’m Thelma and as a bicultural therapist, I understand how challenging it can be to navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in helping adults just like you: ones who have it within them to feel happy and confident but just need the support to get there.
I help my clients find confidence, meaning, and harmony in their life by equipping them with the tools they need to feel happy, confident, and better capable to manage their stress.
Many of today’s solutions for anxiety and depression are to “push away the difficult feelings” and just be positive, leading so many to feel isolated, confused, and insecure. I know that your circumstances are unique, so I will work with you to process, explore and develop coping mechanisms with your values and goals front of mind.
First, we will explore the various factors that may be contributing to your stress and life changes. Then, we help you develop skills to cope with your unique life challenges and emotion that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll develop a greater understanding of yourself leading to growth and self-compassion.
I am dedicated to helping people from diverse backgrounds lead confident and meaningful lives.
My training and experiences as a bicultural therapist mean I have the expertise you need and deserve when coping with complex life challenges. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to struggle to cope in today’s world.
I get it because I am a Latinx woman who has dedicated her career to helping adults from all backgrounds develop confidence and self-compassion. I know how hard it is to feel lost, lonely, anxious, and sad. So, when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through
