In thinking about challenges, you might turn your thoughts to any recent struggles you may have had.


What happened? What did you do to move past the problem?


How did your perspective change once the struggle was past?


What did you learn?


How would you say you have grown and changed as a result of being challenged in such a way?


Take a look at the new, wiser and more experienced you who came to be as a result of being brave and taking what life dishes out to you in stride.


Be thankful that life handed you some challenges that were able to shape the person you've become.
