Day 10 Journal Exercise: Practice Being Kind Today

What would you consider a small act of kindness? Some possibilities…


  • Offering a smile to a stranger

  • Buying a cup of coffee for the person behind you in line at Dunkin Donuts

  • Letting another car in front of you on the highway

  • Giving up your seat on the bus to an elderly person or expectant mother

  • Add 4 or 5 more of your own


Think of places you go every day where you might get a chance to perform a small act of kindness.


Who can you help? Animals? Children? Elderly people?


Make a list of possible kind acts you could share, that won't require you to block out time on your already-busy days.
