I've created space just for you.

You remember a time when feeling depressed, insecure and lonely wasn't the  "norm"... but those days feel like a distant memory. Feelings of loss, uncertainty, and deep sadness don't seem to stop.

Don't you wish you knew how to change that?

You've come to the right place.

Kelly Huggins

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Certified Grief  Counseling Specialist,

Certified Clinical Trauma Professional,

and EMDR-trained psychotherapist

I'm Kelly and I help adults just like you:  ones who have experienced loss and hurt and want to feel more confident and content. Someone who wants to live a life that is rich with meaning and purpose. Someone who wants to heal their hurts and hopes for a peaceful future when they can experience joy and love again, but just need the right support to get there.

I help my clients find confidence, peace, and fulfillment in their life by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand their struggles and often overwhelming feelings so that they can feel more confident in redefining how they want to move forward.

Many of today's solutions for problems are to "just be happy" or "get over it" are unhelpful and unrealistic. These platitudes lead so many to feel alone,  depressed and unsure how to actually feel better. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to your loss and always with your goals in mind.

First, we'll examine your concerns and how they impact your life. Then, we will work on helping you to develop a greater ability to manage your thoughts and feelings.  Through our work together you'll be equipped to cope and make decisions on how to live that are most aligned with your values.

I am committed to your journey and will be there every step of the way. You don't need to go alone.

My professional training as a somatic and attachment-focused, trauma-informed EMDR therapist and Certified Grief Support Specialist means I have the expertise you need and deserve.

Whether you are rebuilding your life after a loss or regaining a sense of wholeness after a traumatic experience.  I want  you want to know you're working with someone who "gets" it and can help you find peace and a way forward.
