Online therapy services are available through video conferencing. There's no confusing software to download. All you need is an internet connection and a pair of headphones for privacy. From the comfort of your home or office, you are able to have an online therapy session without needing to worry about getting to the appointment or safety concerns about your health.

Therapy sessions are conducted in my private therapy office just as if you were attending the session in person. Feelings of grief and loss are natural reactions in the human experience. However, sometimes those grief and loss reactions are difficult to manage alone. The losses feel too big and we don’t feel prepared to manage them. My online grief services can help you manage those feelings so that you can experience hope and happiness again. I specialize in grief support for widows, parents, and health care workers.
Throughout the year, Grief Therapy Groups are available for Widows, Parents, Young Adults, Individuals who identify as LGBTQ+and Healthcare Providers. My grief therapy groups provide a safe space to express your feelings, be with others who are experiencing a similar experience, and learn helpful coping skills.
How Long Will Online Therapy Take?
I offer short-term grief counseling (12-16 sessions) which is typically 45-minute weekly sessions. A few ways that I am able to help you is by:
Using proven, evidence-based grief counseling and therapy approaches to address client identified concerns
Administering questionnaires to measure progress over time
Checking in with clients on a regular basis to ensure that they feel their needs are being met and that they are experiencing improvement
